We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Marketing Administrator to join our friendly team in central Reigate, Surrey. You will be working alongside our experienced team, to support in the research, planning, execution and optimisation of our marketing campaigns, both for our company and our portfolio of clients across a broad range of industry sectors.
The right Marketing Administrator will become central to operations, responsible for a variety of administrative and organisational tasks, assisting with processes, client projects and partnerships.

Core responsibilities include:
- Digital marketing support, website updates, social media scheduling and newsletter development
- Client event support
- CRM database maintenance
- Support with communication and coordination with external partners and suppliers
- Financial process management, payments and planning
- Client contract administration
- HR support, employee policies and management
- Assistance with recruitment and onboarding
- Maintaining and updating company processes
- Diary management
Knowledge, skills and personal attributes:
- An understanding of marketing and digital marketing; previous marketing experience is desirable
- A qualification in marketing or business administration is desirable
- An ability to organise, plan and deliver to deadlines whilst working on multiple projects
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and a working knowledge of SharePoint is desirable
- A high standard of English with the ability to write professional emails and correspondence
- Customer friendly with experience of answering customer calls and taking messages
- A team player with a hands-on attitude
What we’re offering:
- Permanent part-time role - 16 hours per week with a mix of office and home-based hours
- Salary: £24 - £27K (Pro-rata) - Salary level dependent on qualifications and experience
- Benefits: 9 days + birthday holiday, pension, flexible hours
